The Certified Safety Principles Facilitator Program is designed for safety professionals who want to deliver The Safety Principles workshop within their own organization—consistently, credibly, and at scale.
Rather than relying on external delivery every time, certified facilitators can run the full workshop internally, adapt it to their specific context, and build a lasting safety leadership culture from within.
This program is delivered in a small-group format with direct coaching from Douglas Tatlow, ensuring every graduate has the skills, confidence, and materials to deliver the system effectively.

How It Works
The program is structured to build knowledge, skill, and confidence in sequence—from deep content understanding through to supervised delivery.
Foundation
Before the certification training begins, participants complete the online course and review the full workshop materials. This ensures every facilitator has a deep understanding of the content before learning to teach it.
Facilitation Training
The core of the certification program. Participants work through the full workshop as facilitators-in-training, learning how to deliver each section, manage group dynamics, and bring the material to life.
Practice Delivery
Each participant delivers a section of the workshop under supervision, receiving direct feedback from Douglas Tatlow. This is where facilitation skills are refined and confidence is built.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the program, participants receive their Certified Safety Principles Facilitator designation and full access to all delivery materials.
